· Patients do not know if you’re a good clinician. They also don’t want to be inundated with clinical information, oral health information, or a mountain of tired and bland content that brings them no value.
· They do want a dentist they like, know and trust. They want a great experience, to feel appreciated, and to feel personally cared for. Building relationships takes time. So does building your brand.
